In addition to running, Coach McCabe had me try things at practice like long jump (did not like), high jump (did not like, but jumped 4'11 at practice), pole vault (did not like), and hurdles (I enjoyed hurdles a lot!!!).
Here are events I ran:

Ran an open 200 once, at the season opener .... 25.04
400m...ran it on a 4x4 .... 56.8 split
400mH ....ran it only once... 65.79
